At Eagle Inspection Services, I will always follow the standards of practice established by the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI). My goal is to put your mind at ease and to walk you through any major or minor issue I find.

A typical home inspection will take anywhere between 2-3 hours, depending on the square footage and age of the property. I will walk through the property, document any and all findings, and then discuss my recommendations.

 

My inspection includes a detailed evaluation of the roof/attic, crawlspace, living areas, and foundation (structural) as well as the plumbing, electrical and heating/cooling systems (mechanical). Once the inspection is completed, I will deliver a detailed report of the items we discussed. The report will be in HTML and PDF format and usually delivered that same night but always within 24 hours of the inspection. I am also available to answer questions anytime.
